Miaou. So, I'm on the forums a lot, and I like GIFs. I would like to use them. I know how to post GIFs from reactiongifs.com, but when I try and do the same method of copying the image path/URL from other GIF websites, it doesn't work. I know reactiongifs has a specific link for images, labeled the Image Path, so does that mean that I can only use URLs that are Image Paths?
And yes, I know how to do [img] and [/img] before and after the URL.

I think I've got a similar problem, I can post still images but gifs refuse to work.

deaddavetheenemy - Are you making sure that the url ends in .gif, not with anything after that part? Some image sites have extraneous stuff after the file extension, and that won't work here. Do either of you have any examples that wouldn't work for you?

Kiena That probably explains a lot. o-o' The GIFs that aren't from reactiongifs do not have .gif at the end. So, what should I do about that?
There's this funny March Eridan one I like and I can't stop laughing at it

@WindMirage - For the Eridan one, I'd copy the image location instead of trying to use the giphy site's imbed info (doesn't look like they have a BBCode version).
So I right-clicked and got the following code that I put in img tags: [code][img]http://media.giphy.com/media/uNpA3T3X4EZ0I/giphy.gif[/img][/code] to give you:
[img]http://media.giphy.com/media/uNpA3T3X4EZ0I/giphy.gif[/img]
...and now I'm terrified. That's pretty huge, heh.
@deaddavetheenemy - Sometimes other sites are finicky and don't want to work right the first time a pic is linked. I throw my hands up and call it technological magic.
