Now that the registration window is open my little brother decided to join. So he chose a username, did everything that needs to be done and now we are waiting for the confirmation email.
It hasn't arrived yet, though and we've been waiting for quite some time. It says it'll arrive 'very shortly' so I guess it's not supposed to take so long (and it definitely didn't take that long when I registered here).
We also checked his spam folder and resent the email, to no avail. I have no clue what the issue might be.
I assumed it was a typo in the email adress so I checked by clicking the Sign up button and just typing in the email-adress again and tried to confirm - it told me that the email adress was already in the middle of the registration process, so I have no clue what could be wrong...
I was hoping that someone could help us there, please?^^°

Just for the record, I have two friends that are also not receiving their letters. One has been waiting about an hour and has asked for the email to be re-sent, the other around 30 min. Both have been checking their spam boxes as well.
I've informed them to use the Contact us, but I just wanted to have this on record in case there some sort of problem ^_^

Hello! It appears a delay is starting to happen with the registration emails; this is most likely due to the sheer volume of registration emails going out. Don't worry, we will get you all in before the window closes!

my mom is also having problems with the verification email, so it's good to hear it's just too much traffic and not a bug.
