mild spoilers but i absolutely adored the bit with the blind invisible horse monster <3 we need more of those 'it cant see you either' types of monsters. only other one that comes to mind is the phantom from It Steals.

^^^^ exactly this. i havent been able to stop thinking about it, in a good way, because of how much of an impact it left on me

I watched someone play on Halloween and wow... That's getting added to the pile of "people in an isolated location that are all doomed" brand of horror I love, right alongside The Thing or The Mist.
Spoilers: Except there's no "monster" this time, just Jimmy. Dang ol' dang ol' loser. Anyways, I think about Anya so much. She's clearly extremely competent and intelligent considering all the work she does. I wish we could see more of her personality outside of Jimmy's perspective. And the way Curly didn't act sooner, for understandable but still bad reasons (mostly being Jimmy's friend), it's a little too real. Like, the dude pretty heavily implied he was going to crash the ship to Curly's face!
The fandom is also wild lol. So much of the art is so lighthearted/goofy compared to the game.

i thought it was gonna be a horror game about the physical effects of surviving off of mouthwash. i was pleasantly surprised. also, i don't see people talking about the art style very much, so i thought i'd pop in to say that i think the blocky, chunky art style works SUPER WELL for the game.

im probably gonna make two curlys for before and after the crash. im thinking snapper or guardian for swansea. nocturne, pearlcatcher, or skydancer for anya. pearlcatcher, wildclaw, or tundra for daisuke. bogsneak, coatl, or obelisk for the curlys. for jimmy, idk what breed ill do for him. i wanna go for a breed with small eyes because i have a really swag skin idea <3

snapper for swansea 100%. fpose pearls give me a sort of grieving vibe which suit anya pretty damn good imo. daisuke could be a lot of things he got that whimsy to him despite everything. curly, probably coatl? he's not that stocky like obes are. and coatls are canonically nonconfrontational lol
anyway as far as jimmy goes, i wanna say fathoms. fpose has a devilish smile and mpose has a sort of determination to them. ridgebacks also got pretty small eyes too iirc
