First, there's Corpse-san x Masada from Yume Nikki, and yes I DO have a Yume Nikki ship.

Consider, for a second, Gakuran-san x Aojiru from the Yume Nikki fangame Yume 2kki.

Not so much weird as serious minority. I mean, I swear I remember a weird one in there somewhere, but I can't think of it/not interested in it anymore.
The vast majority of the Balance: Unlimited fandom: Shipping Daisuke with Haru and/or themselves.
Me: Kind of seriously eyeing Haru and Ryo's interactions.

Also, Fujimoto and Midori from Aoharu x Machinegun. Less that it's a weird ship, more that I kind of hate it as much as I ship it. I love-to-hate Midori, and like Fujimoto and think he deserves better, but I am 100% convinced he has at least a crush on Midori.
