anyway, time for my unique take, if it counts as a villain song, i'm not sure. edge of dawn.
i mean, it's very obviously meant for the main antagonist, but also, it doesn't feel like one? it never plays in-game, only as a leitmotif granted, it's in at least half of the songs i swear, i can name a lot of them, and its japanese name also makes it even more obvious that it's meant for the antagonist. either way i love it so much please help

Sauron by Cruachan. Okay, not strictly his song since he's a book character. But still. Love that song. Also War of Wrath by Blind Guardian for Melkor and Sauron. And of course the various villain themes from the LOTR movie soundtracks. And I recently heard Chant for Sauron by Chance Thomas that is really great.
He's my favorite fictional character, okay. He should have a theme.
