Hey!
Do you guys know any games similar to this?
I'm looking for one with nice art
I know Neopets but that's kinda outdated and the art is very inconsistent (and well, it's no breeding game to begin with xD)
And I just registered on Lioden, which looks beautiful, but I read that it's very pay to win and I don't like that
It'd be especially cool to find a rather new game or one that is still in development, because I feel like it's hard to get good stuff if you join very late
For example there's Evosaur which looks amazing but it has not been updated in forever and I wonder if that's still an ongoing project or not

Hmm, you could try Dragon Cave. It's got breeding but it's a hatching game.

PixPet for a sort of Pokemon vibe, LioDen if you just can't wait to be king, LuckyLapine for fluffy realism, Howrse is kind of the OG horse and simulation game with a huge advantage to older players.
There's also DogBreedingGame with dogs, they also have a reptile version, however it is UBER complicated and turn based instead of day based? I joined for a day to try it out and really disliked it. To each their own!

PokeFarm Q has breeding, and there are some unique species that can only be bred (for example, Fluxray is a fusion of Floatzel and Luxray). It's gotten some updates to add custom avatars, and there's even more variants of Pokemon such as shinies, albinos and melanistic Pokemon (a combo of shiny and albino, very rare).
If you're not into Pokemon then maybe it isn't for you, but it's simple enough to figure out. My only gripe is about its day/night system, because in my time zone when it's morning IRL, it's nighttime in game. So if I do some things in game (like adopt from the shelter) I won't be able to adopt again until literally the next day IRL because I can't stay up that late for an in game day.
The breeding here isn't really for genes or anything though, it's usually just for specific eggs (for example, Snorlax holding an incense will yeild Munchlax eggs rather than regular Snorlax eggs)

Thanks for your suggestions so far!

Hisagi I have seen Dragoncave before because I clicked some eggs, but the pixel style is not much of my taste :/
@
logical I'll take a look at this, thanks!
@
DalphiaRose I'll look at the bunny game, this looks cute xD
I saw the reptile breeder but I think it isn't updated anymore... the others are not so much of my liking and I'm currently figuring out Lioden, do you play it too and can confirm whether it's really as pay to play oriented as some say?
@
HydreigonOxide ohhh I remember this! I had an account, forever ago :D
It was fun but was looking for something that's more of a simple click game like FR and with drawn art instead of sprites!

I played a while ago (still have an account, just not as active) and there was a pretty big difference between certain types of players: hard core and casual. However, that depends on what you want to do. If you want to have a pride and take care of it and just have a fun time with colors, you can do that. If you want the newest and greatest markings and decor, it can get costly. Similar to FlightRising in that respect. The community was never as friendly, though.
LuckyLapine is getting a revamp soon-ish. HOWEVER I'd recommend trying it out and learning some of the basic mechanics! They have a pretty active official Discord. Feel free to message me if you need help with that one. You may need a code to make an account?

I just started Lioden and I don't find it very pay to win as of yet, of course there are items you can only get with premium currency but they're mostly cosmetic/speed up certain things. They don't lock you out of playing the game. Of course I've only had an account for 4 days now, so I have no idea how valuable my opinion is lol

EWSpirit ohh hey hey, a fellow Lioden Newbie! :D
Yeah so far it's not too hard to gather the non-premium currency, but the site is kinda confusing in general... oh well! We'll see how it turns out :D
@
DalphiaRose That's cool, I just wanna play it casual- FR is my 'main pet site' and here I do try to gather some fancy stuff but I wouldn't have time to do so with other sites as well... but even after just one day, I already noticed the differences in the communities! FR feels completely different, that's amazing
What happens when the Lapine one is revamped, will it just look fancier than before or will they shut down the current site and open up a new one where you will start over again? (for me, that'd be really good because it's just what I was looking for)
I tried registering and they did ask for that code, how do I get it?

Shougoney ah Evosaur! It has been pretty quiet on that one hasn't it?
I'm working on a pet site called Kalerrden which is essentially dinosaurs in space! Hoping to get an alpha build ready by the end of the year. If you (or any others) are interested then poke me and I can drop a discord link cx
