The super show is currently on netflix for those curious. I feel like those who didn't own the dvds most likely learned of them from classic ytps and the like. At least that's how I found out about them, I think I do own at least one dvd tho. I've only known about the super show but it's possible I've seen clips from the others too. I kind of want to watch the mario anime film tho. (This is about super show btw) I recently had it on for background noise and it kind of has aged poorly, you can see a little bit of animation errors and stuff and watching episodes like the rapping one caused a little bit of cringing. Despite that I actually really like the actors and find it somehow cute? IDK. It really is a so bad it's good cartoon. What's kind of funny now is that every single episode has a selection where they show a clip from the legend of zelda cartoon. Seeing it now makes it pretty awkward when they get to that part of the show since the loz show is not even on netflix. On somewhat related terms, the sonic cartoon is also on netflix and honestly they feel pretty similar to each other. Cringe, just makes me cringe, yet I can't help but laugh at how bad it has aged especially for those of old us to have actually watched this on TV, waiting Friday for the weekly Legend of Zelda to show on the Super Mario Bros. Super Show. The Adventures of Super Mario Bros 3 and Super Mario World, I could not get through. I've watched reruns of a few episodes years ago. Safe to say I didn't really have an idea on what was going on.

It's amazing how many scenes in this show you can just take out of context. Actually even when you know the context, some of these scenes are bizarre... The Adventures of Super Mario Bros 3 is a delightful adventure in QUALITY animation.

One of my favourites is the mess that was the Mighty Plumber episode.
There's a scene where a pipe bursts and water is flowing all around the spot Mighty Plumber would be standing... except he's not drawn in the scene.

I didn't grow up in the era, I only knew of it's existence because of growing up with late 2000's memes.

i had a dvd mario cartoon movie once as a kid but the entire plot and all the quotes were just star wars but with all the words like "the force" replaced by Italian foods?? they even had lightsabers i think
