I can't take any character seriously if they're voiced by Steven Blum. 8D and that's difficult because he's in pretty much everything.

Funnily enough, my "Oh." weird unexpected voice actor moment was also with Matt Mercer.

He does Cor Leonis from Final Fantasy XV.

Cor's my favourite, so when I found out he voiced Levi... welp. I had to go and watch Attack on Titan (because us short-butts need to stick together, and my friend had bought me the series on Blu Ray and I'd been putting it off). Hearing Cor (quiet, serious) being so rude was an adventure.

And when I watched the No Regrets side-anime regarding Levi's backstory, I was surprised to find that his Japanese voice actor also does Yato from Noragami. c:

Then I discovered that Eren (who I thoroughly dislike and didn't pay much attention to) shares his Japanese voice actor with Yukine from the same series, and that Daikoku is Erwin (<3).

And the French narrator. Tom Kenny is amazing. He has such voice acting talent. We'd be here 10 years listing all the characters he's done.

@Greyjoy: Yuuki Kaji is everywhere. In addition to the roles you mentioned, he's also Kenma Kozume in Haikyuu, Shion in No. 6 (my personal favorite role of his), and (putting on a deeper voice so you would never guess it was him) Lord Silver Mask/Prince Hermes in Arslan Senki and Shouto Todoroki in Boku no Hero Academia.

Also, Mamoru Miyano, voice of my anime bae Rin Matsuoka, was apparently the Japanese voice of Cilan from Pokemon Black and White? I imagine that's a performance more similar to Tamaki from OHSHC... and he's also in the Japanese dub of almost every Illumination Entertainment movie...
