What's Your Patronus? | General Discussion

As many of you Harry Potter fans would know, Pottermore's patronus quiz has been around for a while now. Well, I'm curious to know: for those of you that have taken the quiz, what's your patronus?

Here are the questions I'd like to know:

- What's your patronus? Do you feel it accurately represents you?

- What's your Hogwarts house? Do you feel you belong there?

- What's your Ilvermory house? Do you feel you belong there?

- What's your wand? Do you feel it accurately represents you?

Here are my own answers to these questions:

Patronus: Calico Cat! I can feel a connection, since I myself adore cats and have taken the quiz twice, getting a cat each time.

Hogwarts House: Ravenclaw! I like to think I'm clever and smart, and I do love learning and learn quickly!

Ilvermory House: Horned Serpent! I think it fits nicely with Ravenclaw, since Horned Serpent embodies the mind :)

Wand: Redwood, Phoenix feather core, 13 3/4" length, slightly yielding flexibility. I really do enjoy this wand, and I feel we'd get along great if I were to actually have it in real life :)

Here are my own answers to these questions:

Patronus: Calico Cat! I can feel a connection, since I myself adore cats and have taken the quiz twice, getting a cat each time.

Hogwarts house: Gryffindor (I fit well in Gryffindor and Slytherin but I'm GRYFFINDOR AND PROUD)

Patronus: Ginger Cat (I'm meh about this, cats fit me but I feel like if I were to ACTUALLY have a patronus it would be a pelican.
Hogwarts house: Gryffindor (I fit well in Gryffindor and Slytherin but I'm GRYFFINDOR AND PROUD)

- According to the quiz, it's a sparrowhawk. I feel no really connection to it, though.

- I've taken the Sorting quiz thrice, and I've gotten Gryffindor each time. In a way, I do feel like I belong there-- I value loyalty, love adventures, and like the whole aesthetic. Gryffindors encompass what I aspire to be: brave.

- For Ilvermorny, I'm Thunderbird. I don't know much about the lore of Thunderbird, so I'll just say that sure, yeah, I belong there.

- My wand is 13 inches, larch wood, rigid, and phoenix feather core. I feel that the rigidness represents me pretty well, as does the phoenix core.

The patronus I got was a Salmon. What? All other patronus quizzes I've taken in the past give me a rabbit or an eagle. I don't get why I ended up with a Salmon. And no, I don't think it fits me.

I feel like these Pottermore quizes are fairly accurate

My patronus is a wolf! I can see it, actually. Wolves are usually seen as loyal.

I got a Pine Marten as Patronus. I've taken the quiz before and never got something I could relate to even a single bit. The Marten is definitely the best one, but I still think my true patronus would be an orca, a horse, or an eagle.

My house is Hufflepuff, and I definitely can't complain. Honestly, I'd be Newt Scamander 2.0

Ilvermorny is Pukwudgie. I am not familiar with Ilvermorny whatsoever, so I really don't care, actually.

And as wand, I got Spruce wood, dragon heartstring core, 12 3/4'', unyielding flexibility. I like that.
