Hey, I'm just curious but.

Two questions;
One. Is the site acting up for anyone? I tried to make a group and it said an error occured.
Two. Three of my eggs have been sick for a while and fogged the entire time. Are they just taking a while to become healthy or bug?

@LouCat site seems fine to me? Though admittedly I haven't tried making a group, I honestly don't know how to do that on mobile lol

It usually does take a little while for sick eggs to become unsick, even when fogged. Even when they do finally come good, you may want to keep them fogged a while longer, just so they don't immediately get sick again (it can happen). Leaving them fogged for a full 24 hours is usually your safest bet, and I doubt any egg would still be sick after that point. If they were, then you might have to start worrying about a glitch :P

I just joined Dragon cave! It seems really cute, does anybody know how many views or clicks needed for an egg to hatch? Thanks! oops just read some comments in this thread, in that case, how many clicks is tooo many clicks for an egg?

There aren't any specific numbers but most common and uncommon breeds need from a couple hundred to 600 views. Rarer breeds usually need from 900 to 1,2k sometimes a bit more.

To get views on your eggs so that they hatch safely, you can put them in a hatchery (fan sites made specifically so that eggs and hatchlings receive views) after waiting 24 hours from the catch/laid time. Waiting until the counter is under 6 days prevents the egg from becoming sick (exposed to too many views in a short amount of time).

You can look for hatcheries (click sites) on this wiki page (simply scroll down and you'll find the links!)

Also, eggs and hatchlings respectively hatch and grow once the counter is under 4 days (from 3 days and 23 hours onwards) and if they have reached at least the minimum amount of views needed.

@JellyRaven welcome to Dragon Cave! I was typing up an answer to your first question, but it seems HoraDusk already has you covered haha. As for your second question: again, not sure if there's an exact number for how many click/views it takes for an eggs to get sick, but I know it has something to do with unique/total views VS time remaining on the egg. Generally if you want to be totally safe, just don't start giving your eggs views until after they're 24 hours old. The first day is when your egg or hatchling is most likely to get sick, so keeping them hidden for that time seem to mitigate the risk a lot. Don't feel too bad if your eggs do die though; it happened to me when I first started playing too. You'll get the hang of how Dragon Cave works after a while. Good luck, and I hope you enjoy!
