While I'm not super into the video itself, the theories behind the plot are very interesting, so I do think "ME!ME!ME!" deserves to be mentioned. BUT! Before you watch it, I want you all to know that this video is NOT SAFE FOR WORK. It depicts nudity, blood, body horror, weapons and is generally NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN.
The most widely accepted story is that it tells the tale of a guy living a Hikikomori Otaku-tachi lifestyle, in which people limit their contact with the outside world to dedicate time to anime and other related activities. You enjoy it! The cute girls are doing cute things. Why would you want to stop watching? But he soon realises everything isn't what it seems to be.
