Yandere is like Lucy's "if I can't have Kohta then no one can" mentality, or Yuno's stalker behavior, or the Wretched Egg killing Ganta's crush last and throwing her decapitated head (terrified expression and all) at him. It's an unhealthy, violent, stalkerish obsession with the subject of one's romantic feelings, masked with an adorable face and sweet words. Juuzou's just a little too excited about killing ghouls.

Well, yeah,that's the general cliche with yandere but yandere itself refers to generally cute, unsuspecting characters that turn out to be sadistic. I personally think juuzou can be
categorized as one, but he's a lil more obvious about it than your everyday yandere like Yuno!
