@MythGriffin24 Pepe the frog is a character from a comic called Boys Club. People redraw Pepe in a variety of ways and/or stick his face on whatever (take the Pepes' posted on this thread for example). The meme started late last decade, around 2007-2008 and was pretty much only seen on forums like Reddit and 4Chan... now its recently skyrocketed everywhere on popular media, I think Tumblr and Twitter especially. Pepe is often paired with [i]the feels guy[/i] too. Pepe is mostly used as a reaction picture, ironically or unironically, or for shock effect. It's also become a meme in itself to ask for "rare Pepe's", since Pepe has been remade so many times there are many that often don't see the light of day. Uuuhhh :'D I'm not a meme-ologist or anything, but if you wanna know more google has a lot of resources.
