I had someone message me the other day asking for a tutorial on how I make my breeding cards. The program I use is Clip Studio Paint, though the process should be pretty much the same for any art program. Some common free art programs include Fire Alpaca, Krita, and PaintTool SAI. I have linked the guide from which I got my color wheel and I have also posted the image below for your convenience.
