Click the 2nd hex in the top row, and start working your way down again.

I can not, for the life of me, figure this part out. I don't understand what this means.

Oofel Not sure if I'm explaining this well, but it means that once you've gotten to the bottom, and clicked on those top blocks again, you just start over the same way you did in the beginning--by clicking the block to the immediate bottom right of the one that's the wrong color until you get to the end and can solve it.

moonhowler7 I think that this was the guide I used. Just try it out, once you get used to it it’s easy and only takes like 30 seconds :)

It looks like you've done everything right as far as clearing the board the first time. The part you seem to be missing is this:

The last two blocks on the bottom row are different colors, so you'd click the third block on the top row, and then repeat the same steps you did to get to the bottom row the first time.
