I just fished up a Tuxedo Urchin at level 2 in Arcane.

Missed my Saturday turn, and then yesterday my computer crashed so I lost the turns I had written down. I got no new items yesterday, but I did get two Copper Pocketwatches quickly once I got to level 9, and another today, so they seem more common at this level.
