I'd name her Chestnut or Cinnamon.

Could go with Viola and Orsino (for the mate) from Twelfth Night? Not only do you get your Shakesphere theme in but you also get your Christmas/holiday fix in there from the play's name referencing the "Feast of Epiphany" and having being written for entertainment around the winter holiday season. (Twelve days of Christmas anyone?)
