I know Fire did two dom battles last year so I don't think they'll do another one anytime soon. The rest I don't know about.

Fire's pushing for their festival soon, but apart from that, none of the other flights you mentioned have announced that they're pushing soon.
From personal observations, I've seen Wind and Arcane push the least. Lightning and Fire don't seem to conquest push often either.
In my opinion? You'd likely be better off staying in Ice for the time being, preparing for the future battle and seeing if Ice is holding any internal profit pushes in the meantime.

I wouldn't let Dom battles sway you to a flight. Things like eye colours, default scene and lair banner are gonna show up a lot more. Every flight has its battles, so take your pick from other factors instead.

Arcane tends to do more profit pushes than conquests, but we have House Cup and Starfall conquests every year. As for a battle, I don’t think we have anything planned at the moment, but I believe our dom team is thinking of something for 2022.

Falinks I've already considered those. I'm not even asking about every flight, just the ones I've decided I like best. Thanks for your concern but I'd really prefer just to find out about the dom frequency as that does matter a lot to me.

If you're in it for dominance, immediately rule Arcane out of the equation. They don't do it often at all, and they have a very leisurely culture regarding it.
Wind is currently conquesting, but nobody's contesting. I don't hear much about them when it comes to dom; they seem dead average, but I think they can hold their own when they do try.
Fire has the potential to win much more often than people might give them credit for solely because they're a smaller flight, and the culture that comes from the active population is a lot more concentrated. They're also one of the few flights alongside Water that's able to best stand against powerhouses like Earth because of the similarly low populace, if that matters to you.
Lightning are profit pushers, primarily. We don't care so much about winning as we do just making money wherever the opportunity arises, so our banks tend to be pretty stocked and we have a lot in reserve for any conquests we do organize. That's not to say we pay for first place, though.
As far as future battles go, if it hasn't been announced in advance on Dom Watch then there's nothing upcoming. Fire has nothing planned for the remainder of the year, and I don't know about Lightning yet since I still have a few months until I can go back.

battles are far and few between so if that is your choice for a flight, they all will be equal in that regard.
Wind had a battle last year so we don't have any in the works currently. We push once a month so far this year with this week being our House cup.

Lightning doesn't really do dom battles from what I've seen. We mostly stand on the sidelines and sell dragons to pushing flights. More money, less dom.

I love Arcane but we don't battle. We just simply do not. Don't bother coming here for the Dom culture cause ya won't find it.
Wind I've heard people talk about exclusively as like, a retirement home for people who don't care about Dom so I think that speaks for itself really. Though they've done a few battles in the past and shown they're actually very capable, they aren't active as much. They're pushing this week however! So.... you'd probably have to wait a while, missed your window.
