I like thistle for being muted, in general i tend to gravitate to neutrals with a bright accent pop in one colour.
I even chose thistle for my custom progens secondary!

Thistle is a fine color, I like the fact that it's on the site. More variety.
I could just never get it to work for me, especially as a tert. In this case, it was an ugly color that always conflicted with the dragon I was scrying it on. As for a primary and secondary, I've never seen it or used it or even scried with it.
I might see what I can come up with in the scrying workshop, see if my mind will change.

I like Thistle well enough, it's better than the eyeburner colors for me for sure. Purples are just not a favorite on the site overall, I think.

I especially liked her when she was a baby, which is weird cuz I'm not the biggest fan of pink, but like those pink undershades just.... *chef's kiss*

As far as muted colors go.... I like thistle a whole lot better than any of the browns, because it's not smack dab in the middle of two color ranges I love, keeping me from breeding my reds and my golds without ending with eggs full of dirt!

I like thistle! Greys with a touch of color are lovely in my opinion, though I tend to prefer blue-grey over purple-grey.

Partly it's the muted color, partly it's that it is an unpopular color and I like it extra to make up for that, and partly it's that for a while when I first joined [i]all my nests[/i] kept hatching thistle babies (until I decided to breed a thistle XXX, anyway) and I finally decided I could either embrace it or hate it.
I've had my "thistle thistle thistle" broadcast for that whole length of time, heh.
