I have quite a few:

orchard
vineyard
garden (with vegetables; could potentially be merged with the orchard)
pond
olive grove (could be merged with the vineyard)
gladiator arena (I can assume we'll be getting it through the Coliseum so that's already on the waiting list)
hippodrome
some sort of royal palace gardens
rustic tavern
bathhouse
forgery
library
