this just depends on lore (and anatomy possibility). I usually look at dragons as animals like cats and dogs, maybe "tamed" lions, more like ASOIAF/GoT style, sometimes more like Saphira from Eragon. on FR, I do like do play with idea that dragons are more "humanized". dragons are fantasy beings, we can't say "this is something they wouldn't do" - unless there arw rules set in world where they take place but that is different thing
idea of lip to lip kiss between dragons freaks me out, yeah I preffer cat headbonk and lick

I don’t know if dragons would kiss, even if they could. As others have mentioned, they probably just nuzzle and snuggle next to one another, or groom each other.

I more imagine "kisses" as lil nose touches. Touch your nose to your partner to show affection.
Male ridgebacks would give you a real peck though.
