Flight Rising Discussion

Nocturnes are about as biped as bats, which is to say, sometimes? I'd question fae too; they can definitely stand on those hind legs, but I doubt they'd be able to walk. I see them more as the scrambling or hopping type, so they're a maybe.

The only dragon that's definitely a man is the unfeathered banescale. The other two are kinda questionable.
