Yeah I'm getting those redirects, too. Using Safari and Firefox so far, newest versions for Mac.

Oh, I finally found a thread concerning the ads! They work fine on my iPad, but on my laptop... They jump EVERYWHERE! I'll come back on the computer to show a link of the most common I get..
By the way, they always seem to pop up at the bonding familiar area, and I always accidentally press on it when the page loads :/ so annoying..

Ah, I didn't get a screenshot of it, but there was a National Guard ad that played audio automatically a day or so ago. I'll be on the lookout for it.

I got a nasty redirect/new tab pop-up while bonding with familiars. (Obvious virus disguising itself as a Windows security update.) I am strongly considering enabling adblock on Flight Rising until I hear confirmation that more ads like this have been blocked. :/

I'm getting Insta Share ads at the top center and top side bar. When you go to close them it invites you to upgrade for an adfree experience.

I was in my inbox, had a message selected and clicked the delete button, and was then redirected to an ad page. I didn't get the url directly but here's a screenshot of what it looked like,
I have FR whitelisted, but obviously the redirect page is not. This has never happened to me before on FR, and it hasn't happened on any other website, and there are no invasive ads (like that Ad Choice thing?) showing up on FR itself, so I don't think it's a virus.

The following URL hijacked my Familiar Bonding experience - it grabbed the whole page, not just a popup. It was one of those diet scams, 'miracle food!', 'one weird trick', etc.
So, like it suggested, I added a Chrome thingie, 'Do Not Disturb'.
