i'm... going to need all of my slots unlocked for some of the outfits i have planned. it's the last priority though, genes and all coming before that.

My first Mire trainer, whom I don't have anymore.
But now my current Mire trainer is breaching needing more... not that I want to put anything else on him.

Usually it's because a dragon outfit I really, REALLY want to put together can't be shaved down whatsoever, and I don't have enough slots for it. That's happened two or three times over my five and a half years on FR. I still haven't unlocked them all. Three left, I think.

It was ages ago since I first bought my 7th slot but I know I bought my 6th because of the Peony Mage Apparel that I wanted my progenitor to wear most of.
7th-16th Well, 16th I just bought because I switch from Gem MP purchases to Lair and instead of choosing the Den (which I will get to eventually) since once you unlock it you unlock it for all dragons in the lair and not just one.
Before that though for #15 it was in part because of this guy:

Currently I am aiming for a Gem Gene before I go back to purchasing another slot again. I mean there are only 4 left so might as well complete the set.
His outfit was originally going to be a mix with Bloodsong but I threw that out and just settled for giving him some pants and other things like the Earrings and the only thing left now is the Autumn breeze.
Before that one though:
