So I just had this discussion prompt pop up in my head randomly. It's pretty self-explanatory. Pick out your favorite characters, and tell us how they would play Flight Rising.
What Flight would they join? What kinds of dragons would they collect? Would they be lore or roleplay focused? An artsy sort of player? Or would they be heavy into Dominance?
Feel free to delve even deeper, if you want to! But remember to keep it PG-13 (TV14?), so as to not break FR's rules. And also remember to keep the discussion on topic - I can imagine how easily this kind of topic could be derailed.

So I just got finished watching Brooklyn 99 this week, and I think it's safe to say Jake and Amy both would be driven by their competitive streaks - Dominance oriented. I was tempted to say they'd work together and be on the same flight, but I could totally see them joining different Flights for the chance at being able to battle each other. Amy would absolutely be a Light Flight member and be at the forefront of Dominance organization, especially with her love of spreadsheets.
Rosa would be secretly into making her dragons as aesthetically pleasing as possible. She'd be super secretive about her username to the crew. Only Gina - who would also be a fashionista player - would actually know. I could see Rosa being in Shadow or Water, and Gina being in Arcane or Water. Maybe they find out the other plays because they're both in Water. This is totally NOT giving me fanfiction ideas, why do you ask?

Steven would either join Arcane (pink crystals), Nature (his love of living things), or Water (beach aesthetic). He'd collect dragons and make them pretty and write sappy love stories about them ... Or he'd make meme dragons. Probably both. Either way, his lair would be adorable to go through, I'd bet.
I could see Connie being into roleplay, and I could see her in Fire. She'd write about adventurer dragons, and give them cool weapons and stuff. She'd have a lot of fun escaping into the game.

oh god the only ones i can actually place are from vampire academy.
Dimitri would be in light. He'd be dom-oriented, but that's definitely not all he's there for. He'd love the scholarly aspect of light, and the amount of "zen-master bullcrap" that he pulls on Rose would be something of amazing intent. He might make some lore, but all his dragons would be more of a family affair. If he lored them, they'd all be close.
Rose, on the other hand, would be in earth. She'd have all the lair expansions, all the hibernal den slots unlocked (except for the ones you have to pay gems for, because she's not about that). She'd definitely try and spearhead dom pushes and everything. Her hoard, much like mine is currently, would probably be empty of food, mats, and trinkets because she'd just be selling things right off the bat in order to deck out her favorites. She'd vacation to shadow for a while, playing on her spirit-touched darkness. But she'd always come home to earth especially around fall for the dom aspect.
It's harder to decide for Lissa, since she's just so loving and good that I want to automatically say light for her and her golden aura, but I feel like she'd belong right here in our lovely wind flight or even in nature. She loves life, she hates seeing animals in pain. Any green dragon in her lair would be dressed like a druid - try and change my mind. I don't think she could be involved in dom at all, because that would mean exalting dragons. She'd be a big donor to banks, and she'd probably be one of the people who answer every single help thread.
Christian would be fire. He practices fire magic as it is, so why wouldn't he be in fire flight? He loves cooking, but he's also an extreme sort of Chaotic Good that I can see also vacationing to shadow (but only when Rose is there) especially during Trickmurk because lordy lord the amount of shenanigans that would ensue. Like I said, chaotic.
Adrian...oh, Adrian. He'd be wind through and through. No vacations. As dark as he can get when his mood dips, he's an artist. He mostly paints, but I could see him setting up a cute little digital shop that his girlfriend helps him code and he'd make bank. He might even venture into the world of UMs, but only after Sydney said it was okay.
Sydney would be lightning. Bossdad would adore her. Get back to work, no nonsense, bring me my coffee now. She loves cars, and I feel like the steampunk aesthetic would suit her, even if she's very businesslike. The spreadsheets and organizations would make her feel right at home and very in control. She'd definitely code all of Adrian's threads, and I think she could make a pretty penny on creating dragon bios too.

He'd be in Light, because yellow's such a happy color, or he'd join Wind, because his favorite place to be in up in an airplane, and Wind's the flight for that sort of thing.
I think he'd end up with a monolair, or perhaps a lair that was limited to three or four breeds tops. I think he'd love the floofiness of Tundras, the noodlyness of Spirals, the snoots of Ridgeback males, and possibly Snappers, especially when he saw they way they take up the entire frame of an avatar picture.
He'd like the fairgrounds, and he'd possibly click around in coli for a bit with no clue what he was doing. He'd enjoy memes and Phoatlshop threads. His dragons would all be eyeburners, and he'd breed wide range dragons just to see what would hatch. He'd hatch every egg he got his hands on. He'd put whiskers on every dragon for a laugh, and he'd want to put as many halos on as he could to see how it looked.

She is a goddess after all! She also runs a very successful hatchery, but she also has meme dragons stored in her hibernal den.
Pit, being ever-loyal, is also in Light. Palutena lets him have some of the hatchlings from her hatchery for free. She also buys him gems every month. On the other hand, he really likes the Fairgrounds and plays them every day, even when it's capped. He is a huge impulse buyer though, and finds himself running out of lair space constantly. Most of his dragons are meme dragons and fan dragons.
Dark Pit would be in Shadow, just because it's the opposite of Light. He's an active player in dom and practically lives in the Coli. He also tends to block people randomly (Pit and Palutena included). In addition, despite having max lair space, he is quite the minimalist, having only a few dragons. The rest of his lair is dedicated to storing fodder. When the hibernal lair came out, he spent days trying to get every single slot.
Viridi would obviously be in Nature. She'd dabble in dom and coli every now and then, but she also runs a hatchery. Most of her dragons are nature-themed, though the names can be ridiculous at times. She has a lot of wildclaws, though she tries to be diverse with the dragon species in her lair. She also collects G1 dragons, taking the time and money to gene every single one of them.

Two of my favourite characters are Innes and Ephraim from Fire Emblem. Considering their personality and their affinity in the Sacred Stones, I'm pretty sure Innes would join Ice flight and Ephraim would join Fire flight.
Considering how competitive they are (or... at least Innes is, and Ephraim generally goes along), they'd both be into dom, especially when their flights would battle each other. I'd imagine Ephraim would be in the core dominance team of the flight and be good at encouraging his flightmates, whereas Innes would probably mostly play solitary, but be very hardcore about it. No way he'd lose to Ephraim. If Innes would lose, however, he'd be very salty about it and immediately demand a rematch. Ephraim wouldn't be salty about losing and just congratulate everyone on the good fight.

Well my favorite show is Camp Camp. Most of the characters on that show would probably lose interest in the game after joining, but for the sake of this discussion let's pretend they'd stick around.
Max would join Plague or Ice, I think. He would have few permas, mostly PC's and Mirrors, with less common genes like Vipera. He'd also be the kind of person to buy a rare familiar and transmute/hoardsell it, just to see the chaos. More of a lurker than a poster on the forums.
I would peg Neil for Arcane, but I think he'd be self-conscious about joining a Flight who's theme color is pink, so probably Light instead. He would be the part of the community that creates tutorials and calculates percentages for coli drops and gene rarity. I think he'd also have a lot of breeding projects, less for getting pretty dragons and more because it would be very engaging and satisfying when he finishes them. At the same time, I can see Neil trying to have a G1 mono-lair for perfectionism.

I think his favorite dragon types would likely be Tundras, Imperials, Skydancers, and Guardians. Browns, reds, and greys/blacks would probably be the main colors of the dragons he owns. He also seems like he'd read the FR Encyclopedia a lot, and could possibly be good at helping other users find different strategies, mostly since in the TV show/books he's often helping his sisters (and in some cases, his friends) figure out what to do in a certain situation.

AHHH YES, finally another person who thinks like this. I love to include my fav people in my daily interests and see them react, even if it's just in my thoughts (for now!!!!)
Let's see..... Dom (Wander Over Yonder) most likely wouldn't want to do anything legitimately, I wouldn't be surprised if she just took the site over and antagonise absolutely everyone. She is an advanced super hacker after all. That'd be hilarious, I'd probably be first in line to be completely and utterly obliterated once again. She'd join Fire though, that I am sure, and annihilate literally anyone in Fire dominance whenever she feels like it. Her as an admin tho..... we'd all be dead. Cursing? Not just allowed but encouraged. She'd take the most cursed gameplay concepts and make them a reality. Steal all existing Light Sprites and transmute them.
Anyone who shares or mentions anything 18+ would be physically vaporised tho. Lord Dominator as our new admin and overlord please, at least we'd finally get Dark Mode.
Kars (JJBA Battle Tendency)-.... I... I really don't know. Would he even bother? I have a feeling he wouldn't want to participate in this. It just doesn't seem likely that he would want to waste time on something like this, it would kinda be out of character for him so let's say no. Don't think that I don't waste every single minute of my time on FR, I am useless.
Esidisi (also JJBA) would join Fire and I have a feeling he would be very active in the forums and participate in Fire dominance. I DON'T KNOW, he's a jokester, he would probably antagonise human players too, I wouldn't be surprised. He'd hoard Coatls.
