There was someone who kept talking on the forums weird? I did not catch their name but I saw them talk a lot and im just really confused? Is this an event?

Also, when you went to their lair it had the "old logo", i saw a llot of people talking about it and the logo was different.
What is this??

edit: i saw it last night but i kept forgetting to ask about it until now. I can't remember their user but it was really short??
