Discord-wise Earth and wind are pretty active but forum-wise Wind is also pretty active

AFAIK every flight forum is more or less a ghost town. As someone said earlier, most daily inflight activity is on discord. Only FRD and a couple other everyone threads see much activity.
Also most flights run several services for new players - 25 dragon rentals, mentoring threads, food banks and Dom introductions are pretty standard. I'd say there isn't much to distinguish any one flight as being better than another for new players
