I really like it!
I'm going to use it on one of my G1s. I liked her colours but I wasn't completely sold on my gene plan for her. I think Starmap will make her look very pretty indeed. The only problem is that this plan will end up being much more expensive than the old one as I also intend to get her Alloy or possibly the companion gene to match, plus a Pearlcatcher scroll.

I love the new gene - I have a soft spot for celestial aesthetics, and this gene is perfect for potential future 'celestial' dragons. That's not even mentioning the possibilities with lore!

I kinda wish the swirly design underneath was by itself. The stars distract from it to me personally.

It's kinda pretty but I have never been a real fan of that idea. If those straight lines weren't around it would look better in my opinion but the whole concept is circled around these. To me straight lines just look wrong on a body that is supposed to feel 3D when looking at it. If they curved around the body naturally I would like them better or if they were clearly not supposed to be directly on their skin.

I need it on a few of my other dragons too but I must wait until I've made more gems, I've spent too much lately.
I'm looking forward to seeing what the secondary version looks like (but also dreading it as I know I'll need a million of those).
