Are there any familiars out there for a vampire themed dragon? I have this boy who's based off of a vampire from a silent movie called Nosferatu. Are there any that would work for him?

I'd say armadillo but we don't have those right now. (hint hint staff) Perhaps one of the new pangolins or a podid?
I don't know exactly, but there are bats, crows, and I'd check through the Ghostlight Ruins familiars.

@SlightlySinister Though it would be awesome, there's no outright "vampire" familiars right now. However, here's some familiars might work for your boy!

Crooked Hatchet
Familiar
Don't be fooled, the last thing you want is a weapon that might bicker about which way it's being swung.
1500
Valorous Cape
Familiar
It is said that this dashing cape is imbued with the magical essence of a long-dead hero of renowned bravery.
1500
Antique Chair
Familiar
Ewwww... gross! Yuck! The upholstery is definitely the wrong color.
1500
Wooden Marionette
Familiar
This enchanted puppet moves when you don't want it to, and hangs limp when you'd like it to dance.
1500
Animated Statue
Familiar
This peculiar statue wasn't standing there when you last looked, and it certainly wasn't posed in that way either. Don't turn your back. Don't look away.
1500
Enduring Goblin
Familiar
The eyes of the Plaguebringer. (Riot of Rot Holiday Familiar 2016.)
0
Anomalous Nekomata
Familiar
Nekomata sleep with their eye open. It's as disconcerting as it sounds.
1000
Undying Featherback
Familiar
Magic is required to slay an undying featherback and put it to rest.
4700
Malevolent Spirit
Familiar
A lumbering mass of bones. This shambling horror is draped in rotting cloth and surrounded by a shroud of thick mist.
I was going to say Maren Warlock, just his colors and pose makes me think of a vampire.
Also maybe the Permafrost Impaler? It has a spooky vibe and impaler in the name :P

No vampires, but maybe some of these would work...

A creature of uncommon artifice. It collects ichor for its patron.

It collects ichor (the blood of the gods), and that's about as close as you can get :P
@SlightlySinister
My vote is for the Valorous Cape. Can't get much more vampire-ish than that. Plus red and black colors that match well with your boy.
There's also the Ashscale Ophiotaurus:

Not explicitly vampire, but fangs and a Halloween color scheme.
Or maybe a Bloodstone Beetle, because if nothing else it's got 'blood' right there in the name.

Armadillos in Dracula! I think they were used because most of the audience likely hadn't seen many, and so they were ~weird~ and ~spooky~ animals like bats
Edit: As far as the classic vampire familiar would go, those new capes would be PERFECT
