I might change my clan name but for now it is "Clan kishar". All my dragons are named after Mesopotamian deities so the clan is as well. Kishar means "Whole Earth" and is a Mother goddess that played a large part in the creation of the world according to the Enuma Elish.
There’s no obligation to use the word “clan.” I think it would be best to look at place names, and think of it that way. Also it would be best to think of the things that are important to your clan and make a name around that. My clan leader, Nova, was bullied mercilessly as a parent-less child, so she founded the clan to give a second chance to anyone who needed it. That’s why it’s called the Wanderer’s Haven.
Take something that’s important to your clan and build off that. Throwing in a collective noun might not be a bad idea, either.

Hmm. I know someone else mentioned it, but something along "The Order of ____" or something similar fits better than "Clan Whatever", as perhaps your dragons would prefer a word that doesn't imply a more feral, barbaric group? Or Temple, or Church, or something along those lines.
"The Hallowed Fragments"? I'm not too good with names, honestly.
My clan's current name is The Icarus Ridge, named both for location and recent clan happenings. The mountain in the Focal Point has a very steep cliff all the way down to almost sea level, which the new buildings are being built on top of (because they're smart like that, obviously).
The "Icarus" point comes from the mess that happened to my lore when I recovered my progens; Long story short, my progens left the clan, and someone else took over as a fairly malicious and neglectful ruler. After the majority of time being spent underneath this control, my progens came back, bringing a period of 'freedom', before it all crashing out of a few dragon's retaliation, leading to the current mourning period. Overall mimics the legend of Icarus. UwU (also some dragons probably fell off that cliff at some point, who knows)
The previous clan name was the Chessboard's Keep (otherwise called simply "the Keep") due to the rulers' cursed theme of chess pieces.

Mine is Urös Feira
Urös means "moon" and feira means "star" in the language I developed for my fantasy series. It's a reference to my progen's origins outside of Sornieth.
(edit: forgot some advice!)
If "clan of __" or "___ clan" sounds too generic, think of important places and information relevant to your progens/dragons/clan as a whole. Since you mentioned their pious lifestyles and the close relation to death magic, perhaps go with something that might connote a religious order or sanctuary.
Or, perhaps, venture outside to find some inspiration. The occult, monasteries/abbeys, sanctuaries, temples... maybe some holy or sacred sites? Or even religious terminology. Looking up words in other languages is also a way to make a boring name sound a little more unique (if I hadn't used my own made-up language, my clan would literally be named "Moon Star" lol) and referencing literature can help as well - such as "fellowship of ___" or "the Order of ___"

I threw together a bunch of syllables that I thought were cool to make my first clan's name. "Gyinum" Bloodbreath is my second clan, and that's pretty simple.

I don't use the word 'clan' as part of the name. We are a clan, and we are the Windblown. (see signature)
We were the Dark Haven Clan for a while, but when I set up my lore to make us nomadic, the Windblown came about. :) I like the imagery of dandelion seeds on the wind. I later found out that Game of Thrones had already used the name, but whatever! :P
I see my clan as something separate from me, so I don't like the idea of using my name in it.
For your clan, I notice many religious groups use their founders names as the basis of their names. (ie; Hutterites formed by Jakob Hutter, Mennonites from Menno Simmons, etc)
Or you could go with something simple, like the Order, or Disciples of . . .
Good luck!

@Noivian Officially my clan's name is "Clan of the Twisting Lights" but that's only the formal title its called by in important meetings and such. Most of the time its refereed to as just "Twisting Lights" no matter where we live in Sornieth (I say that because currently my clan is on a trip around the flights looking for the Windsinger). Our main land, where we were founded on the Plateau is also called Twisting Lights (actually just the bamboo forest that surrounds part of the territory is called by that name but generally when speaking of the land itself its refereed to as "Twisting Lights"). The clan was originally founded by my progens, Alecto and Marrok, who discovered the secrets of the old (and mostly abandoned) forest of Twisting Lights while on a spiritual journey looking to heal each other from past scars. They decided to build their clan in this forest and so they named their clan "Twisting Lights" in honor of the forest that gave them shelter. Later the clan grew large and wealthy and eventually expanded their territory outside of Twisting Lights but the name was still kept after that point.
The bamboo forest was so named the Forest of Twisting Lights (by local beastclans and several dragons clans that lived further way from the forest) because of the rare and native bamboo species that dominated most of the forest. The bamboo is bioluminescent at night and because the Twisting Crescendo is so nearby by (no matter where in the forest you are you can still see the tornado high in the air) that at night the forest's green glowing lights of the bamboo trunks seem to twist with the eerie shadows that are cast by the tornado. There are other, more sinister, legends about the how the name came about but I think I've explained enough about how it became the name of my clan.
Honestly... it took me two years to figure out all that and even afterwards I wasn't sure if I liked the name but I love it today because of all the lore I've been able to come up about it. Maybe your clan's name could come from the land they live on too?
Here let me see if any of these names sound like they'd fit your clan. These are just some I came up with on the fly since I'm not sure where in the Starfall Isles your clan lives:
Dark Spires, or Clan of the Darkening Spire Heights
Sanctuary of the High Priests, or Clan of the Death Seekers
Castle of the Crystal Labyrinth, or Clan of the Crystal Maze
Valley of the Silverwoods, or Clan of the Silverwood Gardens
Slumbering Oblivion Fields or Clan of the Tranquil Demise
Silence Spire, or Clan of the Silent Dead
The Revered Servants, or Clan of Devotion
Oblivion Peaks, or Clan of the Weathered Crest
Sanctum Invictus (latin for Sanctuary Unconquered), or Clan of the Invictus
I could probably come up with more if you don't like any of these...
