It's the kamon of Ishida Mitsunari actually! The moth thing is the kamon of Otani Yoshitsugu, and the flower is the kamon of Akechi Mitsuhide. They're also the first 3 and most spoiled dragons in my lair.

But the kanji itself means something to the effect of "great luck (daikichi) will prevail across the land when one (ichi) stands for all (man) and all stand for one."
