I'd imagine Nocturnes would do that.

@thosbeans I imagine Wildclaws rather use their broad, light wings to jump high in a very short timefame, than to 'fly'. They seem too adapted to life on the ground (like Mirrors) to spend much time airborne.
They likely need to get some air in order to make their 'killing claw' a weapon, and once they flap up like something bit their tail, you know you did something wrong and that a kick is probably impending.

Pearlcatchers are actually really flexible, like cats. I think, judging by their poses.

It's actually stated in their Encyclopedia entry that Guardians can expand and collapse the fins on their body! I'd like to see what a Guardian with fully collapsed fins would look like...

That's how I always pictured my Claws XD (I actually rather draw them like raptors with arm wings, not with dragon wings XD)
Species quirks:
Mirrors use their wings to appear bigger when hunting, and also prevent bigger prey from escaping.
Wildclaws have a bird like larynx and can speak without actually articulating their jaw.
That might irritate other dragons cause they're have to pay attention which Claw actually spoke.
If they have to fly, they rather rely on sailing, and look mostly like herons in flight.
They're also great at imitation and making THE ALERTSOUNDS.

I always imagine Spirals looping themselves around the nearest dragon if they're scared.

Faes flight is all over the place like a butterflies, and they do this kinda on purpose because they like showing off their wings, but kinda not at the same time because their wings just seem like they make for wobbly flight. They can use some arcane magics to help them hover for a short period of time which helps them to fly up to and talk to larger dragons.
Mirrors are very animal-like in their behavior, and don't care what other dragons think of it. For example love to use trees for sharpening their claws or itching their back. They also quite like to chew on bones and will ever sometimes get into squabbles over them.
Before they're old enough to go on their search, young guardians pick temporary charges and practice caring for and protecting them. They take this very seriously and often think they've foudn their charge, until they get bored within a few days.
Tundras groom each other and help untangle each other's fur, not just as a familial thing, but with anyone in the clan
