Did anyone ever figure out how exactly this happened? Did the site crash as the nest was hatching or what?

It seemed like some kind of glitch or overload and a nest of Xairathan's didn't hatch. They asked about it and the three dragons were retrieved but had to be born twice and so have different ID numbers.
