Is this something that can be resolved, or are there at least measures I can take to not be wrongly banned?
@Aequorin I'd like to springboard off of this, if I may. 1. Is there a way to solidly prove one way or another a user has been botting? If no solid proof is found, can a user recover their account? I'm hearing from several users that they were banned, with their offense being botting, when the worst they've got is an adblocker. 2. Are adblockers considered against the ToS? 3. Do you guys care that a chunk of your users are afraid to use a feature on your site?
^^^^^ Everyone I know is too afraid to use coli. Even though it's a festival week and everyone wants to grind for currency. The market for adult fodder is already crashing.

I usually spend my days off from work in the Coliseum and while away the hours zoned out listening to an audiobook while I grind for currency or level fodder. My extremely poor Starfall haul aside (seriously, why're you holding out on me, Coliseum? :c), I'm scared that my zombie-ing out to some book or other and playing for hours at a time is going to trip whatever test you have for it. 8(

UK time. Sorry for timezone-related delays in responses. They/Them.
Just echoing the sentiments of the askers above me - like, how long can I possibly waste my mid-semester break training fodder (sweet, sweet treasure oh golden and shinyyyy) before I trip some sensor or something? O_O I've been diligently adding to my Razzie army this week, but now I'm too wary to get back into the coliseum, so some clarification would be appreciated, thank you very much! ^^

I feel that the recent blanket bans on names have been unnecessary and pretty blown out of proportion compared to the names that are in question. You guys thought to ban "Sacrifice" before you looked at things like "R*tarded" which... is an actual slur. What about "Kittencruncher" that is referencing harm to animals, and is really well known around the community?

There's a number of "bad" names circulating through the name generator that have never been addressed, but instead you're bringing up things that, as far as I know were not considered an issue by like 99% of the site until now. Meanwhile complaints about inappropriate randomly generated names (which you guys put into the generator :|) are stilllllll unaddressed.

Mass naming, or random naming (which can pull up banned names btw, might want to fix that) is necessary because a large portion of the population on FR get's really upset if you don't name them, to the point of PMing users who exalt their dragons unnamed. Not once have I seen a post from you guys after dom pushes saying "Hey, you shouldn't harass users for not naming a dragon they bought", even though it happens on a regular basis and is complained about in public forum. Instead, we're getting really ridiculously random name-bans in response to, if we're honest, probably the same people who complain about unnamed dragons. A lot of people who mass name have been pressured into doing so by aggressive users, and the fact that the RNG often spits out really inappropriate names, or names that just don't fit with the site's themes. I'm pretty sure I've gotten a ___butt name more than once from the RNG, which... again ya'll programmed.

If users are using names to harass other users, then ban them. Don't punish the entire site because people don't have a sense of maturity. Most of us are just trying to play the game, sometimes with a little dark humor... but that's in your canon, too.

Our dragons are going out to fight a war, and never come back home. What are we supposed to think about that? Like it or not, the exalting feature has a level of permanence, that even if glorified canonically, in reality pretty much reads like "This dragon is going off to fight and die for the clan". It reads like both armies are annihilated, since Dom stats reset every week as though the Flights need to build up a whole new army every time. This kinda heavily implies that the previously built army is... gone. So it seems reasonable for people to develop headcanons that their flights Exalts are, well, dead probably, and then name them accordingly. it's literally not hurting anyone for players to think this and name dragons to that extent.

Also, your site is rated T, for teen. You already warned people there would be violence and sexual themes. There is violence and death in your own site lore, so why is it bad for us to reference it?
