"Without rolceclaiming, how would your death be detrimental to town?"

im keeping notes so town doesnt forget things. I'm posting it to share it with town and so that if i forget something town can let me know so my notes are up to date and my information is correct.
maf is anti-information.
the loss is mitigated if someone else wants to keep notes in their own google doc.
im a bit distracted from working on the notes because potato wants me dead.

I feel very uncertain about this because Hope could just be new player. But also I'm seeing a lot of summarizing / telling us what others have said, and then panicky defensive finger pointing redirection, but not really saying any thoughts of their own. I typically think towny new players do a lot more watching, sheeping, bandwagoning, following, trying to learn. Mafia new players are the ones that tend to go loud and AH IDK WHAT TO DO in my experience but also wouldn't their teammates help them out and say yo Hope don't post that way? Or did Hope start getting sussed and then their teammates went okay, here's what you should do, lean into the newbie vibes, go super newbie so they don't vote you. It's possible.

I would heavily prefer not to have to roleclaim d1, so I'm simply going to say y'all are losing a very strong townie if I'm gone. If I do die, eyeball Rex the hardest, followed by Raccoon. Potato may be the third scum member. Swapping my vote to Rex. Goodnight all.

[/quote] im posting the notes i said i was writing if someone wants to use them. i've said thoughts of my own, its potato probably 3p and probably not town because random tunnelling. sheeping and bandwagoning sus i thought? last comment sounds like an insult to the intelligence/skill level of the theoretical maf teammates. id like to assume the players in the game are smart.

[/quote] Please ping me when responding to me Also. A lot of people take notes (myself included) so I think my point still stands that a D1E miselim isn't detrimental.

@RaccoonusDoodus what kinds of notes am i supposed to take. clearly im doing it wrong.

[/quote] Why does random tunnelling mean 3p and not town? I'm not saying that sheeping and bandwagoning isn't sus. I'm saying that newbies tend to act sus at the beginning regardless of alignment, but towny newbies are more likely to act more sheepy, because when you don't know what to do you just kind of copy everyone else. I don't think it's insulting their intelligence. I think it would be a smart tactic, if someone new was starting to be suspected, to lean into "I'm a newbie" play. It's probably what I'd recommend, if I didn't have a good alternative target, which it's really hard to have D1.
