what a treat to listen to. i tried random genes while the song went on and realized that overcast ribbon had a red streak, which i thought fit with the mood and whatnot. and it accidentally fit with the cover, too!
and i looooove scrying gloomy or wistful or whatever songs (like this one) as pearlcatchers, they just work so well. they are so sad. what are they dreaming about? we may never know

i know this song and it's quite good! originally was gonna do blue/yellow like one of their other album covers but looked up the song again and the album was green. so stuck with green, but duller since (i think) this song is about not living up to expectations
