The owl is too impatient to wait at the stand, and they don't want any ground food either. But they're really hungry. They end up snapping and gobble down one of they're friends. They soon regret what they've done and see if the other worm's alright with their recent loss.

Listen that worm is 100% unharmed
And what had happened was, the food maiden pulled the owl down and is now pinning then on the stall counter. And she appears to be saying something to the young man in the next stall over.
Is this... customary? Is it a regular thing, to be laid down on the counter if you're ordering food? Was the owl being rude?
