I'm looking for this lady. She's still on hibden cooldown, meaning she should still be with the 45 day limit for restoration, I think?

Have you sent a PM to the owner of her parents? They may be able to point you to whoever bought them, ergo, who can un-exalt them.
If not, you could employ someone to make a signature banner, or maybe start a thread to look for her previous owner.

Hm... well, AH activity gets deleted after 14 days... but I suppose there is a possibility she might've not been bought through the AH! :o
