I've got several dragons - mostly bachelors - that I'd like to pair up for some fun breeding and possibly lore down the line. I'm just casually looking, poking around to see if there's anything that I fall in love with, but if you have any suggestions for any of the below, I'd love to see them.
By first Bachelor is Snowbird:
He's an XXX cyan boy, that admittedly, I'm more concerned about breeding the genes out of than the colours, but a nice colour matchup would be lovely as well. I just really want that pinstripe and trail first and foremost. Not picky on the breed for a mate for him either.
Next up we have Icicle:
I bought Icicle originally to be the mate of another dragon I have, but then I found another to pair her with instead. I still really like Icicle though, so rather than get rid of him, I'd like to find him another pairing. Here I'm a little less picky on genes, I'd love to keep some of his colour range though. I'd also like something with a close breeding cooldown to him.
Next we have a bachelorette in Talo:
I fell in love with Talo, her colours, her genes, everything. I'd love to find another Tapir dragon to breed her with, and I especially love the mix of purple and softer blues on a dragon like that, so if there was a purple range primary with either a blue secondary and purple tert or vice versa, that would be lovely. Would probably like it to be one of the starter breeds, but I'd take a pearl or something with a 20 day breed cooldown.
Then there's Attias:
This is where I'd love a lookalike to breed. Same/similar genes (or something with a rarer breedout so he has priority) and same colour ranges. I'd love it to be another Imp, but I'll happily look at any breed.
Meet Wheeler next:
I don't really know what I want for Wheeler. He's my only Veil and I think he's very pretty and so I might breed him even though I don't normally like to dabble in ancients. I'd love to just see some pretty Veils that might pair with him, we'll see.
Sahara made me realize I kind of love the metals colour and I'd like to breed more of it.
I'd be looking for a male with similar XXY or XXX metals genes for her.
For Regal:
I'm just looking for something that produces cute offspring. I'd love another wildclaw, or a nocturne for him, but I'll look at any breed. Show me some cute babies if you can.
I'm not normally drawn to heavy oranges or yellows, but Nammon is my shining gemstone and I love him:
So I'd love some more citrus colours to pair him with, but really anything that looks pretty I'm game for.
And finally (for now), meet Seaglass:
I really want more soft green ranges for a mate for her, but I'm open to anything that looks nice.
Now that you've met the singles looking for pairs, let's talk the few loose 'rules/requests' I have in general. The first: I'm subbed, so please don't ping me, I find the double notifications disorienting. Second, please include the name of whichever of my dragons you're suggesting the mate for, otherwise I won't know if I agree. Finally, since I'm only looking casually, I'm open to any price or currency at the moment, but I prefer paying in gems/dragon trades (anything in my for sale tab, the last page of my hib den, and the last page of my lair are all options for trades)
Additionally, Ridgebacks are the one dragon breed on the game that I want to love. I have such a hard time finding ones that I like, but I know they can be really pretty in the right circumstances, so I'm also casually looking for pretty Ridgebacks. Male or female, pairs or singles, doesn't matter, just show me whatcha got. They don't have to be mate suggestions, I'd buy them on their own if I like them enough.
