TOPIC | [LF] Coatls to breed Subspecies
1 2 3 4
I recently came across this awesome thread:
http://www1.flightrising.com/forums/baz/1777661
Which is dedicated to the lore and breeding of Crystal Star Coatls, an Arcane Subspecies with variants of other flights. These variant are called Chroma Crystal Stars, and with the permission and help of the founder, I'd like to breed a Nature variant of these gorgeous Coatls.

I have to discuss it with them first, but so far it seems he best ranges for my breeding pair(s) would be this:
Sand through Chocolate primary, Seafoam through Spring secondary, and Emerald through Leaf tertiary (possibly including Jade and/or Spring). The subspecies requires Iridescent/Facet/Thycaline genes, but I am willing to gene the terts of fitting dragons myself. Sorry I don't have images, but I'm on mobile and it can be quite a hassle. (Also, ping myself: @animegirl11012)

I've already done a dragon search and come across a few dragons (male and female) that could be used to breed the prospective parents of a Nature Chroma Stars pair.

IF YOU THINK YOU HAVE DRAGONS THAT COULD WORK OR COULD PRODUCE A POSSIBLE FIT, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE SAY SOMETHING!! I'll look at most any Coatl with Iri, Crstal, Shimmer, or Facet genes, and any tert, since Thycaline scrolls are fairly cheap (compared to Coatl scrolls or gem genes).

Please let me know if you think you or any other player could help! :)

I have a few dragons that fall within the 2nd and 3rd color ranges, but they have purple-ranged primaries...

Okay, so a lot of time in the dragon search later, I have found several possible dragons that could get me the coloring that I'm looking for. But I've already found one Coatl girl who is absolutely PERFECT. She belongs to @KianaLi, so I hope you'll be willing to help. Her she is (without her Skin): I think I could get a decent hatchling to parent my subspecies if I breed her with this boy: and I wouldnt have to do anything but give the hatchling Thycaline. Unfortunately the boy seems to be in a 'dead' lair, but I have come across several other dragons, though none quite so perfect as your Coatl girl, @KianaLi. Would you be willing to stud her to/for me, or even sell her (though it's fine if you don't want to sell her!) I've saved the URLs of compatible dragons on this Google Doc: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Fl163kTD9QI9mBMsqg9RWL5z4u8GC76i7yeLol-Hmek/edit?usp=sharing Anyone viewing this who feels like fooling around in the Dragon Search can edit it with any dragons you find. I basically just search any dragons with Iridescent/Facet that have a primary and secondary in my range, then look through the results to sort out dragons with viable tertiary ranges.

@animegirl11012 I would be willing to stud my dragon, Meadow to the girl. His mate is currently undergoing a complete gene change (requiring me to buy both butterfly and glimmer scrolls... X0 ) so it will be quite some time before they need to breed. Here's my boy: Sand / Seafoam / Leaf Cherub / Butterfly / Glimmer He is my absolute favorite dragon, so just let me know and I would be more than willing to help since theres the 50 / 50 chance of getting either gene and breed, it wouldn't be out of the possibility range.

Oh gosh, thank you for the offer! FemDen actually just told that she got a Sand/Seafoam/Seafoam Coatl boy with iridescent, and she's working on getting a female Coatl to borrow as well. If I can borrow that gal, perhaps I'd take up your offer of borrowing Meadow, though I'd prefer a darker green (such as Leaf) secondary. I will certainly keep him in mind!!!
Thank you so much, anyways!!
