@DeathSpecter my progens can get you a range very close to Black Dahlia, and since they're both faes they breed pretty fast (currently 2 days away from end of cooldown). I can pm/ping you if I get something close to her if you'd like, here are their ranges:
Their genes are iri/iri, shimmer/butterfly, and capsule/glimmer

Their babies would have wind eyes, but you can breed one of them that's close with another dragon you find to get the eyes you want, and since their babies are g2 you'd have no problem finding a mate for it
