Argh. Within 15,000 but I'm getting so tired I'm so worried I'm going to wake up and find him/her exalted

@finchmyrtle all my times are on server time (i am pacific time myself so its fairly easy that way) but for a rough estimate i'd guess at between 8am and 10am for your baby.

I check a few times a day to get rough estimates of when dragons will be born. the closer times only work within a day or two. And the rate isn't constant.
But with approximately 14k dragons born between 1:30am and 1:30pm daily.
And your dragon being about 10k away.
I would go with just past the half way point. (7:30am)
Set an alarm and get a few hours of sleep if you can. your baby has a ways to go yet.
