If you want that general color scheme I suggest looking at Tundra's, ridgebacks, pearlcatchers and skydancers. All four breeds have people breeding in that range.
Check out @Areeyana for brights in Skydancers. I have several skydancers from her.

Mother is dragon ID 2917579
