He spent too much time rolling around in the mud and next thing he knew he rolled in the wrong mud. Some strange, mutated, [i]living[/i] mud that seemed to attach itself to his body - imprinted itself in his very genes. Genes he wishes to pass on to his offspring, to spread his genes as far as and wide as possible.[/columns] ----- [center][size=7]Rules[/size][/center] [list=1][*]All Mucky Pups are given a Generation Number that shows how closely related to Ulthir, and his mate Gritt, they are. [b]Ulthir and Gritt are Gen 0[/b], their children are Gen 1, etc... [*][b]All[/b] primary and secondary colours are fine but the tertiary colours must be in certain ranges: [list][*][b]Brown[/b]: Cinnamon - Rust [*][b]Black[/b] (Oily): Lead - Shadow [*][b]Red[/b] (Bloody): Tomato - Brick [*][b]Green[/b] (Radioactive): Radioactive - Moss [*][b]Orange[/b] (Golem): Marigold - Tangerine[/list] [*][b]All[/b] primary and secondary genes are allowed but the [b]only tertiary genes allowed are Crackle, Capsule, Gembond, Opal, Glimmer, Stained and Smirch.[/b]. [list][*]Crackle = Mucky Pup [*]Capsule = Murky Pup [*]Gembond = Rocky Pup [*]Opal = Gem Pup [*]Glimmer = Shiny Pup [*]Stained = Messy Pup [*]Smirch = Grungy Pup[/list] [*]Mucky Pups must be [b]level 10[/b] before they can be registered. [*]Only one parent can be a Mucky Pup for the hatchling to be registered - interbreeding Mucky Pups leads to unclear generation numbers. [*]Dragons are listed for [b]free[/b], once you adopt them they are yours to do with as you wish but it is preferred they not be exalted and are trained, registered and bred to help further the project. [*]You [b]can[/b] regene Mucky Pups' primary and secondary genes but they will no longer be allowed to participate in the project if they're scatterscrolled (and their tert is no longer in the allowed ranges) or their tert genes are changed to any disallowed gene. But just how do you figure out how to label your little Pup. It's simple. The label for the tertiary colour comes before the label of the gene. Don't worry all labels are provided in the rules above :) Here's an example: The dragon has a red-range tertiary colour and Gembond as a tertiary gene. Red tert colours are labelled as "Bloody" and Gembond is labelled as "Rocky". Therefore your Pup is a "Bloody Rocky Pup".
