Dragon Share

Today is truly a difficult day for me. My husband has been amazing with the little things I wanted to do throughout the day to honor my Nana who passed away in December of 2018. The [url=https://www1.flightrising.com/forums/drw/3349385/1#post_3349385]end of last month[/url] I decided I wanted to acquire a dragon born on the day she passed and make it a dragon that represented her. I live far from where her gravestone is and in a way this dragon is a virtual stone for me to visit. Anyways, today is the day and month she was born so I wanted to share her to honor her memory as she lives on in my heart. Her profile will always be in the works since I plan to add more over time and eventually clean up the bottom half of it better. What a sweet memorial dragon!! You put so much thought into it, and your Nana liked a lot of the same things I like. Sounds like a cool lady who loved you a lot.

@Diplocaulus Thank you! That is so neat the two of you shared a lot of similiar likes. She was the coolest and she really did. In her last week, she had me go to her apartment and look under the entertainment center for 2 styrofoam boxes. She told me to only open them when she was gone. One of them is a heart-shapped plate that says "Dearest Granddaughter you're a precious jewel to treasure forever." from Bradford Exchange. The other item is a blue Unipeg called Peace from the Healing Spirits of the Unicorn Hamiliton collection. This is going in her profile once I get pictures taken. ^^ We're doing some home reno so a lot of things are packed away for safe keeping at the moment. :)

@Tornsky Awe, thank you for your kind words. I'm sure she is. I did a few of her favorite things yesterday to honor her liek reading a Mary Higgins Clark book (her favorite author), baked some pumpkin bread, and watched a few episodes of Murder, She Wrote. We used to watch that, take a nap and then watch Days of our lives when I was little. ^^

Im a truly sorry for your loss, memorial dragons seem like such a sweet way to remember someone. The accent you got for her is gorgeous, I love the way you incorporated memories from her into it, its almost making me tear up writing this since its making me think about my great grandmother who I lost only a few years ago. I imagine your Nana is happy to see her memory live on and have it touch the hearts of people who didnt even know her.
