After scouring through my entire clan, I found a two dragons with sapphire.

I remember when I hatched her, and this cool coral/carmine combo came out. But her tert was sapphire, so for the longest time I just didnt know what to do with her.
Then veined came out, and it made the blue color look like dark blood veins. And with Slime coral, it got just that sickly blue color I was hoping for, and it matched her eyes.
10/10 dragon, sapphire rocks

Dont know what my plan is for Ronda, but she look slappin with sapphire in the future.
