This is Sibyl, based on the Sibyl System from Psycho-Pass. She'a an... AI that was kidnapped? freed? from an unethical lab in the Tempest Spire, and is the reason my clan has fled from the Shifting Expanse and is hiding in the Tangled Wood.
She's also the product of one of my very first breeding projects. Unfortunately, it wasn't until after I was well into it that Metallic and Alloy came out, so now she gets to wait in line to get new genes.
I'm very find of her, even if she is still unfinished after 5 years.
