Crash Burn Freeze the World Stands Still Death…[/i] The Queen and King of Glacies have disappeared. They are nowhere to be found and it leaves their only heir Fazed to run a kingdom on his own. His council all want different things which makes it difficult for him to make decisions without angering one council member or another. Fazed is also being pressured into finding a mate to ensure the royal blood line continues and that there is a heir for the future. Fazed is invited to a party in the shadow domain and meets Jubilee a polite dragon and seemingly kind one who woes the prince into false love and hopes. In only a few months the two get married. They stay with Jubilees family for a while. In another month Fazed realizes his mistake as he finds Jubilee sitting on eggs. They were his and he knew they were when they hatched. Jubilee blackmailed Fazed to keep his mouth shut about her horrible deed and took over easily. They return and the destruction begins. Now the kingdom is in turmoil and things are getting very heated. Fazed had to do his best to plan for the queens downfall while teaching his children right from wrong. I purchased Fazed for a subspecies project (which is long dead sadly). I intended on changing his genes and over time when I looked at him I just couldn’t bring myself to do it. I wanted to give him a special story so I asked for some advice from a few friends @/Dartist who runs their own lineage based on a tyrannical king ruling over his kingdom with an iron fist. Granted Innocent Prince is very similar to Trapped Pearls I tried to change the details and such. There are two types of Generation 1s. Royals and runaways. Runways are the escapees assisted by their father Fazed. They can breed with any dragon, and are considered no longer Jubilees children as they are forgotten by their mother. They can live any life. Royals are under their mothers influence and will marry off to nobles within or outside of Glacies. What insolence is this? Even a child could tell the prince wasn’t ready to be king… actually… this could work for her. Oh how wonderful! “Prince Fazed, my name is Jubilee and I’m at your service,” Glinting purple eyes stared at the white shimmering Prince. Plans as Queen raced through her mind. This was perfect. Once she plays his strings right she’ll hear the sweet melody of wealth, power, and success. The Prince was so naive, so innocent, so sweet. How easy it was for her to manipulate him, play him, deceive him. She made him fall in love with a character, a facade, nothing but an illusion of reality. He asked her to be his mate faster than she expected so desperate for someone to help him rule the kingdom. Now that she had control Jubilee has changed a few things. Jubilee has ensured she has all the power. When she became queen she increased the taxes, food dwindled from the city and siphoned to the castle, materials were used for Jubilees plans, any goods brought to Glacies was taken and used or discarded. Snowstorms ravaged the kingdom. The queen used all the treasure on fancy art and clothes. She ensured her children were brain washed more or less and that she had control over the five houses. She was oblivious to the uprising and ignored the councils decisions and made her own. Criminals who broke into the castle in search of food were executed or rescued by locals via help from nobles. To sum up the kingdoms condition it was falling apart and dying. Rules: - Jubilee has plotted and planned till she got what she wanted. Wealth status and power. Everything is lavish and fancy expensive and strong. The most expensive strong metals used for the guards armor. Jewels for the nobles. Fancy delicacies of exotic foods. Fancy parties. Royal blood. Strongest warriors. -Must be of Royal Blood. Gen 0 Jubilee and Fazed. Gen 1 sons and daughters of Royal family. Gen 2 will have a Royal Blood parent and a common blood parent -Noble mates for Royal Family court. Commoner mates for runaways. (Those of high status and wealth are the only ones allowed to mate with Royal bloods. Commoners can mate with runaway royals who escape their mothers grasp) [b]Breed Lore[/b] Jubilee hides a dark secret she wished no one to know but when she gained control of Glacies she could let her secret out and no one could do anything about it. She was a shapeshifter with the ability to change everything about herself from breed to pattern to color. This genetic mutation passed amongst her children and Jubilee had preferences for certain children. Abberation: forgotten by the Plaguebringer as too did Jubilee. Her disgust for anything plague is well know as death and decay is ugly and she prefers beauty Banescale: having no arms freaks Jubilee out and she stays far away from them Bogsneak: Jubilee could not care less for Bogsneaks and dosnt care for them Coatl: Jubilee finds Coatls enjoyable company and in her opinion beautiful Fae: they are too quiet and useless to be a problem for her Gaoler: hulking and massive their manes to long Jubilee is slightly [s]absolutely[/s] terrified of this breed Guardian: annoying to convince to leave their charge Jubilee doesn't bother with guardians Imperial: Jubilee wishes she could shift into these magnificent beings and any grandchildren that are imperials she showers with gifts Mirror: Jubilee prefers elegant breeds rather than savages Nocturne: Jubilee might take a minute or two to look a nocturne over but she has no care for them she finds them lazy with how much they sleep Obelisk: hard workers good servants. Fazed the male heir to the throne of Glacies was hardly at adult hood when the responsibility’s of a monarch were thrust upon him along with the rules and regulations he must follow including finding a mate to help rule. Confused and frightened Fazed was roughly yanked around by nobles and assistances trying to teach him everything within the week he had before his coronation. “Prince Fazed please for the love of the Shadowbinder focus on your studies,” Catcher an assistant of his from the shadow domain begged him. She was a pretty red pearlcatcher with passion and nonstop energy. Her mate Frear was also an assistant of his. Both of them were the only assistants he liked or trusted. Two eggs. Two male heirs. Two reasons to escape now. But theres no way to escape. Theres no way to avoid death for treason. He was trapped within his silver bird cage. His strings pulled from behind and above. Jubilee laid two eggs… his children to be… and he never agreed to it. He didn’t even know… now he’s being blackmailed accused of a horrendous crime. He was trapped unable to escape. He was forced to submit and become the pretty song bird in the silver cage. He no longer sat upon the throne. Jubilee did and now he was going to be a father. Jubilee brooded over her nest for days refusing to leave the nest for even a second. She's no fool to leave her nest unattended to risk her heirs lives... They will be perfect pawns and absolutely loyal. She would give them everything but ensure they looked to her always for guidence. Several days went by more time and eventually she blinked wearily as her eggs began to hatch. Two beautiful obelisks males hatched from the eggs their sparkling dazzling manes glinting in the sun light from the rooms window. Jubilee stood preening her royal blood while Fazed stared at them with a look of helplessness. "Your sons Fazed. Why aren't you happy?" Jubilee asked curling her tail around her sons. "I fear what they will become," Fazed said glaring at her. "You can fight this Fazed... But I will always win," she said sweetly her voice laced with posion. The hatchlings grew up quick. Eventually they were running around their mother all the time everywhere she went. When she was busy they got to play with dad. Fazed enjoyed his kids and tried his best to teach them wrong from right. But when he scolded them they would get mad saying mom let them do what they wanted. Fazed stressed as it was would explain why their actions were harmful to them and others. Only one of them showed signs of actually understanding and taking his words and teachings to heart. Isis now goes by the name Jasper living with and mated to Amelia Lady of the North daughter of Rolec Baron of the Ice Fields. As a Royal he lives in luxury and will soon have his own heirs. Colo on the other hand is still in hiding having disappeared from the castle and the kingdom of Glacies. He has yet to find a mate… though fear of the danger his hatchlings would be in make him hesitant. He has a grandson… he’s been forced to nest again, and his son Colo has disappeared. His nerves were on edge and he felt drained and empty. He woke every morning and went through the motions of running the kingdom while his mate lounged around lazily. With his kingdom becoming more and more furious hungry and betrayed Fazed was coming to learn he no longer had control and he would never be able to fix the damage. His mate was finding dirty ways of making income and forcing their people into slavery. He wasn’t strong enough to defeat his mate, her loyal servants everywhere an infestation… he was powerless… "Prince Fazed? May I speak with you?" Thanzer stood at Fazes study door with Izaih another guard. "Of course come in," Fazed said beckoning the two guards in. But it wasn't just the two guards. Mika, Glyph, Xavier, and a few others stepped into the office. "We came to talk about Jubilee," Thanzer said as they stood before him. Fazes eyes furrowed as he realized what was going on. "Then let us talk," Fazed said. A member from each of the five houses kept details. Secret spies for the Prince and rightful heir to the throne. Carefully they began to plan out their rebellion. The princes coronation was drawing near and they were preparing to use the party as a way of getting the advantage. Mika kept an eye on the queens plans, Xavier swooned Jubilee into doing certain things, Thanzer Izaih Ingenium Onyx and Isokel kept an eye on their armies underneath them, Glyph Phy Frear Bella Song Scorpia and Catcher gathered the funds and information for the quiet uprising. Fazed and his children prepared for the attack. They never met and passed information through coded letters of normal kingdom business. They kept diligently working and staying under the radar. Things have changed and things have become tense. As the royal family expands and sons and daughters leave for their mates or other reasons the misery gets worse with every day of Jubilees rule. But with Jubilees rein of terror the revolution grew too. Things were getting worse and worse but that only made the desire to over throw Jubilee that much more important. Jubilee was planning something awful and it was already in affect. The Glacies soldiers were kicking homeless dragons out of the city, poor dragons whos homes were in shambles from the new taxes and laws were dragged out of their home and tossed outside the walls of the city. They highered dragons to demolish the houses and rebuild fancy buildings for the rich. It would be nothing but rich and fancy and clean. Jubilee watched from her tower as the city was cleansed, only her nobles were allowed within these walls. - Colo seethed at the city from the shelter of the trees as him and his rongues fed and sheltered the citizens of Glacies from the harsh winds and cold. “Its time we annihilate Jubilees rule,” Colo snarls to himself as he returns to helping mothers watch over their children and comforting them the best he could. All around the camp sobs and wails filled the air as those who were already weak or sick died of the cold and hunger.
