Roz and his Bumble match because it's a personality match. Roz's job is to caretake the familiars and animals, primarily, and sometimes he takes care of the hatchlings, and he's basically a fuzzy busy little sweetheart who maybe does too much sometimes.

And Lense! She coupled with Roz a few times and basically helps out with the caretaking job. She's a little bit more technical while still being caretaking, and is the one to remind Roz to step back for his own mental health, and volunteers to take over. Her familiar is a bit more obvious.
