I love all the dragons in here! How inspiring!! I haven't gotten my Genshin dragons yet but I'm working on Zhongli right now, his parents are on a nest!

She's only a scry and an outfit until I make a bigger dent in my current massive fandragon project (which is for Revue Starlight characters), but this is what I want for Noelle! She's been my main since I started playing and even though she's still not that strong since I'm a very casual player, I felt like if I made a dragon for anyone, it would have to be her.
